Terrible. The Williams group sold me a car with a common fault that's very well known to BMW worldwide. You now want me to foot the £1700+ bill. This should have been a simple recall.

Charged for diagnostics despite the vehicle displaying that a transmission oil change was required on the iDrive system. No further work was carried out other than the transmission oil change. Diagnostics were not necessary.

I dropped my car in the morning for a Egr cooler recall and i was told about two weeks before on a booking phone car and at the time i left the car that it was going to being replaced and it wasn't. If i didnt check my dashcam i would never know

I've done some work in the cooling system total cost £480 and after that when we start the vehicle it is showing top up coolant, and since that day heater is also not working.

The service appears to have been done to standard but all correspondence was via email when an intial phoencall was mentioned and even after I called to check on progress. The 'complimentary' car wash didn't happen with no explanation given.

Kept waiting on arrival, seemed to have forgotten I was there. Did not date MOT cert to due date as promised so lost a month. Agreed that MOT would be done again with them collecting and retuning my car BUT kept all day then given cert for diff car!

As usual the service history wasn't updated, I'm used to this now, it's clear no one at BMW has a clue how to update the service history, as I have to return every time. To be honest, as I've said to friends, it makes me think the car isn't serviced.

I attended as my veh power cut out on the motorway. I managed to get to the dealership and they immediately took it in the workshop. Within an hr i had a loan veh while they sorted mine. Amazing customer service

Would have given five stars, only drawback was time they took. I was given date almost after 2 months. Time booked was 10.30am couldn't collect the car until 4pm. But at the same time I am grateful I was provided with taxi to go and come back.

Nothing was too much trouble. I had a wait appointment.Easy check in. Kept up to date on progress . Offered tea coffee biscuits newspapers. Friendly and helpful staff car washed valeted and tyres checked. Brilliant!

Garage phoned me day before to confirm and asked if i had been quoted. I hadn't so price then given. Dropped my keys off but on the way home received a voicemail saying my keys rejected. When i queried i was asked if i had been quoted!! I had so done

I was advised that my rear brake pads were down to 10% and quoted £292 to renew them but when it was Mot'd elsewhere a few days later I was advised there was at least 50% on the pads. I was annoyed to say the least

Terrible service. Had the same issue with my car 4 times now and they claim they fixed the issue each and every time but the second I drive away the same issue reoccurs. I never get a receipt or any paper work to show the work has been done.

Fast Lane service booked - expected time 90 minutes. Car didn't move from car park for 68 minutes. Service took 48 minutes (I could see it being worked on). It then took a further 34 minutes to raise invoice, pay, and get car. No wash as requested

I was told by the dealership I'll have a full health report but that wasn't the case. I got sent the video and literally couldn't see anything as it was rushed with no audio. This the customer experience manager regretted sending me that clip.

If I were to be picky took almost a whole day to replace a tyre. If you are going to offer a cleaning service make sure it's a good on or don't bother.

Had to return a week later for the MOT which was scheduled to be carried out at the time of the service - but wasn't. Service staff sorted it out professionally however. That notwithstanding, it meant another journey (& time !) to complete.
