Won't be returning. Since Kim left I felt that I'm not valued as a loyal customer. Also you are very expensive. Not worth it I've since taken my car to Kwik fit to get my rear brakes done. Service exactly the same but a lot cheaper!

I'm really satisfied, the staff at Williams Stockport are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Dawn who gave a fantastic service, she made my day so much easier on a very difficult day for me.

My car was in for an MOT and brake fluid service. I am a high mileage driver and no sooner have I got my car back its saying I need an engine oil service. Could this not have been carried on this visit?

As above. When I received a service reminder by email, the price given was £156.00. When I checked in on the day of the service, I was told that the price was £320.00. On completion, I was charged £270.00 yet no additional work was carried out.

Part replaced under warranty, my car had to be kept until the component arrived. A hire car was arranged and delivered within a few hours. Car was ready quicker than anticipated.

The car failed MOT due to tyres needed changing. They didn't have any in stock and I would have to wait till the following day. I managed to get them changed at kwikfit and get retest done within the same day but that was after many phone calls.

Unfortunate that my vehicle was subject to a recall, however the job was completed in a timely manner. An offer of a collect / pick up or even a lift would have been appreciated to minimise disruption!

BMW's reputation for excellence has been known for many many years. The staff are very proud to work for a prestigious company. The showroom was clean comfortable and very welcoming with refreshments if required, after service data was clear.

contusion on finding my booking, my car was not cleaned after its service even though I requested this to be done. I gave a change in my mobile number as they had my husbands number but they still contacted my husband to tell him the service was done

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, no request is too much! My brake fluid change was quick and a complimentary clean was also thrown in so it was lovely to drive away with a clean car!

Key fob had low battery as soon as I arrived home from the garage. Given the cost of the service this should have been checked or replaced 12 monthly as part of the service. This is poor.

Besides the delay caused by wrong tyres delivered, after the service, my climate control sounded like a mower. Apparently, there was debris on the new Microfilter, which is a common problem. If so, why was it not checked prior to handing the car back

Williams does not accept cash. I was quoted £550 to replace brake pads with yourselves whilst a third party quoted me £280. I know where I'll go back to. I asked for a discount as a former member of staff and got refused without anyone even asking.
