Staff are always polite and friendly. I wanted to have my failed A/C diagnosed and repaired after losing gas for the second time. The A/C filling unit was broken in the centre; this is the second time I have visited, and the unit is broken.

Dawn Caudwell is always great to deal with when I come into the dealership. She's always professional but also personable and you can just have a chat with her while you're there. She always keeps you updated on what's going on with your car.

Checked in online and did ask for oil top up 1 litre to be added, only when I left did I realise it hadn't been added or charged for, so not a big problem.

Please see above the only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the minor mistake on the MOT. Afterwards I had a telephone call from an AI robot which did not declare itself to be non human. By not declaring itself it gives the impression of a scam

Helpful lady on the service desk, i bought the car from williams with a 5yr service plan but williams had no information on there system about this, abit unhappy. Within 10 miles of driving the car i had a notification of Adblue reserve, POOR SERVICE

Every time I've been I've always had a text message mid way thru the day with a video for a free health check. This time during my MOT it didn't happen. I do feel like this is the extra touch BMW offer that also makes me return so I was disappointed.

All issues not yet resolved, car has to back again in May. Plus items missing from last time car was in at Williams (parts from wind deflector) that were needed. Dawn in servicing has made a note on my upcoming job card for his to be looked in to.

Although the booking was made online, it hadn't got to Stockport so there was no booking for me. Dawn was excellent and dealt with it, car was completed on time and I was kept informed at all times.

My car key was put in a locker, there were none interaction with a human when collecting my car. I have parked in a blue badge space and informed staff when dropping the car keys. When I returned, my car was in a regular space

Josh was very responsive with any queries and helpful with selecting the right model for us and there was no push for add in sales which I have found with other dealers. Alex stepped in to handover the car and was also extremely helpful
