Overall very happy with service. There was some confusion about my extended warranty which I thought would have been more straightforward as it was purchased from the dealership. However Dawn and Henry worked to resolve this which was appreciated.

The prices are ridiculous. I took car in for MOT and asked can they check the strange knocking and creaking noise coming from the brakes. Charged me £150 just to tell me it could be the brake pads. Not actually change them but just to tell me.

As above. When I received a service reminder by email, the price given was £156.00. When I checked in on the day of the service, I was told that the price was £320.00. On completion, I was charged £270.00 yet no additional work was carried out.

The car failed MOT due to tyres needed changing. They didn't have any in stock and I would have to wait till the following day. I managed to get them changed at kwikfit and get retest done within the same day but that was after many phone calls.
