Frazer Critchley at BMW Stockport processed my order for a new 1 Series and was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The customer service was excellent and when picking up my car the experience was made special.

Some issues with car preparation that were resolved but spoiled the experience somewhat. Salesperson Ditta did his best, was helpful and polite but unfortunately, he was let down by sales and car preparation colleagues.

Although we had only had our car 5 weeks the differential developed a fault and needed replacing. All under warranty and was taken care of by Stockport to a very high level.

The car was in for it's MOT. You say it's a 90 minute operation, but from an 11pm start and driving away at 1.45, that was 165 minutes, I was late for my afternoon appointment. My main grip however was the fact that the sales team failed to appear.
