Brought the car in for a check on the starter motor battery. Charged £104 for a quick diagnosis, which stemmed from the dashcam causing the draw in voltage. Sorted that out, but the battery voltage was still low and happened since the car was new.

The dealership has lost the human personal touch - I don't like the self check in - It aso felt disorganised I agreed to further work being done only to arrive to collect my car to be told they thought I was leaving it over night?!!!

Multiple pricing mistakes. Agreed pricing week before. Check in the price was incorrect, I resolved this. I returned home & received a call to tell me the price was different. This was resolved. On collection the invoice was £200 more.

I booked my car in for a 9.40 mot. Unfortunately I wasn't told that if I didn't wait with my car it wouldn't be ready to pick up until 5-6 pm which I hadn't prepared for. But the staff at bmw Stockport were all excellent in dealing me.

You don't open early enough. There was 8 people waiting at the door to get in surely this tells you you need to open earlier. You use self check in and you have completely done away with customer contact it's really impersonal.

Car in for MOT and brake fluid change. Failed MOT late in the day on the Friday if the bank holiday weekend due to tyre fault. Unable get get a new tyre anf perform MOT again, but organised a courtesy car foc for the weekend.

The worst experience with a garage in nearly 40 years of driving. I asked for a turbo inlet/impeller inspection. They had the car for the day and I saw it enter and leave the workshop and I was told they didn't bother inspecting my turbos.

Work was completed. Although I asked for car not to be washed, this did not mean don't tidy up after yourself. The microfilter had been changed and all the dried leaves and dirt had been left in the passenger footwell. It was spotless when left.

My car had all discs and pads changed and suffered a humiliating drive home as the car made the most annoying and extremely loud squeeling noise and had to be checked back in the workshop in the morning for the dust plates to be adjusted.

The car was returned with dirty marks on white leather inside and also I had a replacement tyre and the tyre was under inflated causing the warning light to come on on motorway home and requiring me to top up with air. (2.5 vs 3.2 bar)
