Harry Willams was incredible. He phoned promptly after our online enquiry was submitted. He made us feel at ease from the get go, no hard sales, no bravado, just impeccable customer service. The hot chocolate and cake was also a treat!

I'd researched what I wanted in advance so it was a case of finding a new car from UK stock and agreeing a swap price. The price was competitive with those online, with the advantage of being my local dealer for the life of the car.

Bad communication from start to finish. When you try and speak to someone I just got an AI robot. I requested 6 call backs in total over a three hour period.

I booked an MoT & service for 1pm. I get a call saying we're expecting you at 8am! I then get a text reminding me of my 1pm appointment. Arriving at 1pm - I have to wait 3 hours. At least the waiting area is comfortable with WiFi coffee & biscuits.

Needed a tyre and choose one from the list provided by bmw. Arrived the day after and you fitted the most expensive tyre without informing me. Zero communication, no help resolving and then someone asked me am i happy just as i was about to leave..

Satisfied that the noise problem was resolved. Not happy with the lack of personnel to deal with. Had problems with AI telephone contact - had to repeat myself during conversation several times. Very few advisors available to talk to face to face.

Part of the key fob had been broken whilst in your custody however the service desk sorted a replacement fob. I was delayed for my appointment by 30mins to get a key but cannot fault the help from the staff to address the issue to get me on the road

The payment piece is poor. You have to do a bank transfer before picking up your car and when I did it 30 minutes before it still hadn't been received. I then had to wait around while this was processed when I was in a tight timeframe.

No issues with Service/MOT. Offered a car wash/valet that didn't happen and car bonnet covered in Bird crap when I collected it which wasn't on the car when I dropped it off.

I had a tyre fitted & when I got back in my car to check the pressure the one changed was 2.4, all the others were 2.0 so I went back in & asked for help the chap said as it looked green on the display they did not look into the detail, not a biggie.

It is now a very impersonal process. My vehicle clearly had damage but at no point was this raised as to how you could help, you were more concerned with trying to sell me a service plan.

I take pride in my car! I asked for it to be cleaned they said yes it went it clean and it came out looking like Stevie Wonder cleaned it with left over dirty water it was brown and dusty streaks all over the glass I had to take to get cleaned again!
