Being someone who does not like haggling I found the process of getting the deal and costing a bit awkward. A company like BMW should be offering the best deal possible without the haggling. Felt that the dealer was trying to get as much as it could

After my initial experience with the used car sale team being somewhat underwhelming, the new cars sales team and Alex Robinson in particular, ensured that my decision to stick with BMW, and purchase my new car went as smoothly as i would expect.

First class support from Frank Martone and everything was explained in an easy to understandable way, Frank always goes the extra mile and even arranged a courtesy car over the weekend whilst we waited to complete the sales paperwork

Dawn Caudwell provide an amazing service and was at hand every step of the way, whilst navigating a difficult a difficult warranty claim. Despite the third-party claim being unsuccessful the service and communication I received made up for it.

Each time the app alerts that the car is needing work, I book and given a cost for the work via app. By the time I drop the car off or have the appointment confirmed the prices is always more. The staff don't seem to care much as to why its different

I received an in-car message to get my front brakes replaced. I bought the car end of Oct. Sales said they couldn't do anything because it was more than 2 months. I assumed the brakes and everything else would be in good condition

Because the person who dealt with me promise he would contact me for a part l think its for my exhaust a cap and he said it would only take about 10-15 minutes to put on and l have not heard anything. I came for a service on my car.

MOT and work was fine - but when I came to collect the car I was left waiting for a long time. I spoke to 3 different members of staff, and was told to wait in the waiting area and it seemed like I was forgotten. Took ages to just pay and collect
